Meet the Founder of Fidelis Security Solutions, Steve Noblitt, the seasoned professional whose journey from the United States Marine Corps to the Colorado Springs Police Department has set the stage for an unparalleled security experience. With a background as diverse as the challenges he’s faced, Steve’s career spans from a patrol officer in Alva, Oklahoma, to roles as a motorcycle officer, homicide detective, and public information officer in the Colorado Springs Police Department. Climbing the ranks, he held positions such as police sergeant, police lieutenant, and supervisor of the Domestic Violence/Adult Sex Crimes Unit.

Recognized for his exceptional leadership, Steve’s journey continued as he assumed responsibilities like patrol shift commander, Protective Security Section lieutenant, and even the Assistant SWAT Commander. His oversight extended to the major crash team, Special Events Unit, Crisis Negotiators Team, UAS (drone) Unit, Registered Sex Offender Unit, and Motorcycle Officer Unit.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Steve’s credentials are a testament to his commitment to excellence.

Meet our Business Development Manager and Owner, Chris Heberer. A Colorado native who boasts a robust educational background, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University and later obtaining a master’s degree in Security and Organizational Management.

His illustrious career spans 20 years in the Army as a Military Police Officer, during which he held various teaching and staff positions and underwent rigorous training. He is a distinguished graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff School, having also completed the US Army Airborne, Jump Master, and Air Assault Schools. Rising through the ranks, he served as the 759th Military Police Battalion Commander and later as the Fort Carson Director of Emergency Services, where he oversaw a substantial force of over 1100 personnel, directing vital Police, Fire, and 911 emergency dispatch services. He also ran the US Forces Forensics division in multiple deployments to Iraq!

Transitioning from military to civilian service, Chris exemplified leadership as the Fountain, CO Chief of Police and public safety director from 2015 to 2023. His extensive training and diverse experience underscore his unwavering dedication to ensuring the safety and security of communities.

Allison graduated from Metropolitan State College in Denver with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 1991, she embarked on a remarkable career journey.

Her 29 year tenure at the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) Training Academy in 1993 laid the foundation for her extensive service. Throughout her time at CSPD, she held various roles, including Crisis Negotiator, Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Statewide Facilitator, and DVERT Detective, showcasing her adeptness in handling complex and sensitive situations with precision and empathy. As a Master Patrol Officer in the Falcon Division, she actively engaged in crime prevention initiatives and community outreach efforts, earning accolades such as the Medal of Honor Award, Leadership Award, and numerous commendations for her outstanding performance and dedication to service. She also held the rank of Corporal for the last 5 years of her career and was head of patrols on the streets, in charge of supervising trainees and large significant calls.

Allison’s commitment extends beyond her duties, as evidenced by her involvement in various committees, including the Community Response Team and Law Enforcement Torch Run Committee, reflecting her passion for community engagement and collaboration. Her exemplary service and numerous awards, including the Rocky Mountain Women in Law Enforcement Officer of the Year, underscore her exceptional contributions to public safety and community welfare.

Slate exemplifies the embodiment of excellence in law enforcement, boasting a remarkable 31-year career dedicated to safeguarding the Colorado Springs community. Renowned for his unwavering commitment to public safety, Slate’s service is underscored by a profound sense of duty, honor, and dedication. As a retired decorated police officer, he leaves an indelible mark on the force, having served with distinction and valor.

His tenure as a Police Officer 1st Class within the Specialized Enforcement Division – Airport Unit showcases his expertise in providing unparalleled security during high-profile events, including NATO conferences and presidential visits, demonstrating his exceptional skill in handling critical situations with poise and precision. Slate’s proficiency extends beyond traditional policing roles, as he is recognized as an expert in intelligence assessments at the Colorado Information Analysis Center, where his insights and analytical prowess are instrumental in informing strategic decisions. From serving as a Security Officer and Supervisor at PSEG Nuclear Generating Station for 11 years, where he provided oversight of security operations and directed security personnel in ensuring the safety of critical infrastructure, to his tenure at the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office as a County Investigator specializing in crime scene investigation and forensic analysis, Jim’s contributions have been invaluable. His background as a 25 year Police Officer at the Franklin Township Police Department further highlights his commitment to community policing, where he coordinated town watch programs, served as a D.A.R.E. instructor, and played a vital role in emergency management operations.

Jim’s educational credentials, including an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from Gloucester County College, complement his extensive practical experience, making him a seasoned professional capable of navigating complex security challenges with skill and precision.
